“I’ll beat the shit out of you”-“Go to hell wan….!” (WHY NOT GO TO HELL ALL OF YOU!)

The situation got out of hand in parliament

The nerves of Greek MPs of both PASOK and ND parties are very tense and their dialogues… incredibly vulgar.  The expressions they use resemble more the ones that hooligans use than those that serious political figures should be embrace.

The protagonists of the latest incident are the president of the Committee of Financial Affairs, Vasso Papandreou and the ND parliamentary spokesman, Manolis Kefalogiannis.

What caused the eruption of the “faux pas” of the two politicians was the fact that Kefalogiannis insisted on interrupting the speakers and as a result the president, Vasso Papandreou kept ticking him off until finally she began telling him off, called him a “bully” and… things “derailed”.

-M. Kefalogiannis:
“You act stupidly, you are the worst president, be serious, don’t be yourself.”

-V. Papandreou:
“Do you even exist?”

-M. Kefalogiannis:
“I’ll beat the shit out of you.”

-V. Papandreou:
“Why don’t you go to hell, wan….”
