Kalashnikov-gang spreads terror

They target families

 

 

The head of the wild gang of Kalashnikov-bearing robbers is allegedly known by Police officials, and as such the burden put on the attempt of the gang’s arrest and discovery is increasing. Information speaks of a notorious Albanian ex-con, known to the authorities, brutal and capable of anything. By his side, two more Albanians determined to support their leader and not give up.

The Albanian gang reportedly has at least ten attacks against luxury homes in Attica on its rap sheet, assaulting families and breaking in while members are still inside.

The latest attack took place in Glyfada, on Wednesday. It was just before 4 AM when they went through an unsecured door in a luxury house complex, and after locking the husband and young children in the bedroom, they abused his wife. In fact, they showed no compassion to the victim’s crimes and after stealing money, jewels and other valuables, they boarded the family’s luxury car and escaped.

For Police officers, the case is assessed as extremely serious and as such, a special taskforce has been introduced to hunt down the criminals. Under scrutiny are past offenses, but weight has been given to the CCTV recording of the house complex on which the face and figure of the leader is clearly visible.
