Greek FCs advertize brothels, undertakers

Austerity measures and economic crisis have pushed a Greek football club, Voukefalas, to place ads of a brothel on their sports outfit, Finland’s Ta Nea news agency reports.

 

 

Voukefala president Giannis Batziolas complained that the Football Federation had turned its back on them, making the team look for unusual sponsors. Voukefala players have already showed off their uniforms in a friendly match.

Meanwhile, another Greek football club called Paliopyrgos has recently appeared in black uniforms, advertizing a local funeral agency.
