Solidarity Protest for the Greek People in Germany

Bravo to Germans!!! A solidarity protest within the international “We are all Greeks” worldwide campaign in support of the Greek people was organized Saturday, February 18, in Berlin.
Dozens of Greeks and Germans gathered in Wittneberg Square and expressed their support for debt-ridden Greece outside the Greek Consulate. The crowds protested against the austerity measures imposed on the Greek people and apologized for the anti-popular policies of the EU.
During the protest, Mikis Theodorakis’ songs were played, while people chanted slogans of international solidarity. Other similar mobilizations were held in Leipzig, Duesseldorf and Cologne.
