Low-key trip to Thessaloniki
The Prime Minister chose the afternoon flight along with the Minister of National Defense, a counselor and two bodyguards to travel to Thessaloniki where he will stay for the International Fair until Sunday.
Before takeoff, many of the passengers hailed the prime minister who remained smiling and cheerful, while throughout the flight, he was talking with Panos Beglitis, who sat opposite him.
Of course, business class was closed during the flight and there was no access to it. We learned that, and because the flight was very short, the PM simply asked for some water.
G. Papandreou and his company disembarked first while his car convoy was waiting for him on the tarmac, to take him to the city.
