Swimmer Spyros Gianniotis Undefeated in 2012

Corfiot swimmer Spyros Gianniotis has been unbeatable during the year 2012. He competed in 10km open water swimming.
The Greek champion beat his challengers yesterday in Eilat, Israel. But Spyros Gianniotis doesn’t have beginner’s luck! He finished first at the World Swimming Championship in Shangai, 2011, with the time of 1hr and 52:32min, as well.
But his success continues this year, too. In 2012 he has also won gold medals in Santos, Brazil and in Viedma, Argentina.
He is in perfect condition, ready to participate in the Olympic Games in London this year.
“First comes stability in winning”, declares the World Champion. “My goal is, of course, to keep improving my performance, so that I will be able to compete in the Olympics; however, this contest is completely different”.
“My victories encourage me to try more for the best result”, adds Spyros Yanniotis. Besides the Olympics, the Greek champion is preparing himself for the World’s next Championship, which will take place in Mexico in less than a month.
